Warranty Policy – ASH BAZAAR

At ASH BAZAAR, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service. Our warranty policy varies depending on the product category.

This warranty is provided alongside your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.

The original purchase invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.


Perfumes & Perfume Oils

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perfumes and perfume oils are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return (subject to approval).


Phone Covers

  • Phone covers are covered against manufacturing defects only.

  • Physical damage, scratches, discoloration, or damage due to misuse are not covered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Home Accessories

  • Covered for manufacturing defects only.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, accidental breakage, or misuse is not covered.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or mishandling

  • Damage caused during self-installation

  • Change of mind after purchase
