DELIVERY/RETURNS/CANCELLATION

Delivery Information

At ASH BAZAAR, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days.

  • We deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD tracked services.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.


Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

To request a return, please email support@ashbazaar.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

Our returns team will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:

  • Perfumes and perfume oils cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched (before a tracking number has been issued).

If your order has already been delivered, you may still return it in line with our return policy for a refund or exchange.

To cancel an order, please email support@ashbazaar.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Delivery address


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds may take 5–7 working days to process back to your original payment method.
