Delivery Information
At ASH BAZAAR, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
We deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD tracked services.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, provided they are:

In original condition
In original packaging

Our returns team will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
Perfumes and perfume oils cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched (before a tracking number has been issued).
If your order has already been delivered, you may still return it in line with our return policy for a refund or exchange.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds may take 5–7 working days to process back to your original payment method.
